All life is made of a whole which may be divided into 7 primary frequencies: 7 colours, 7 basic sounds. Within us, our blueprint is made up of 7 chakras, vortices of psychic/spiritual energy. Bringing these 7 parts of ourselves into our awareness enhances our understanding of how we operate, which may currently be  largely unconscious. With these keys we can unlock our true potential,  realise our true purpose, and deepen into the truth within our hearts.
